Throughout his career as a professional athlete, he has developed an extensive knowledge of functional movement, sport specific training and injury prevention and rehabilitation.

Ian Schultz
A graduate of the AFLCA Personal Training Certification Program, Ian brings over 18 years of experience in the fitness industry. His background as a major junior and professional hockey player shaped his approach to training, movement, and injury prevention.
Today, he works with a wide range of clients—from everyday individuals to high-level athletes—while also coaching a hockey team, bringing leadership, structure, and real-world experience into every session. Ian’s focus is on proper technique, smart programming, and long-term results, helping clients build strength, confidence, and resilience at every stage of their fitness journey.
Kenton Exner
Kenton is a graduate of Mount Royal University’s Personal Fitness Trainer diploma program and holds an Education degree from the University of Lethbridge. By combining his backgrounds in fitness and education, he designs programming that is creative, concise, and easy to understand—while still being highly effective, informative, and engaging for his clients.
Kenton has undergone his own major weight-loss transformation, losing over 55 lbs. Through this journey, he developed a deep understanding of what it takes to make lasting lifestyle changes and build sustainable habits rooted in discipline and consistency. His personal experience fuels his passion for helping others take control of their health and transform their lives.
Now competing in HYROX races, Kenton also coaches athletes who are looking to challenge themselves in new and exciting ways. His firsthand experience in the sport, combined with his passion for performance and community, plays a key role in helping his clients succeed—both on race day and in everyday life.
