Small Group Session

Experience elevated personal training in an intimate small-group setting, capped at just 8 participants with a 4:1 trainer-to-client ratio. HYROX Training

Our HYROX training prepares you for the demands of race day through purposeful conditioning, strength, and endurance work. Each session focuses on functional strength, efficient movement under fatigue, and race-inspired workouts that combine running intervals with structured training. Our facility is equipped with designated HYROX-specific equipment, allowing you to train in an environment that mirrors competition standards.
